A house favorite for many years. We bake a real turkey in our oven. You have
a choice of white, dark meat or both. Served with stuffing, mashed potatoes,

Grilled 6 oz beef patty topped with cheddar and swiss cheese. Served open face
on a grilled bun with dill pickle wedge, sliced onion and lettuce.

A signature entree since 1987. Icelandic Cod baked, lightly flaked and topped
with a creamy parmesan sauce then lightly broiled.

7 oz rainbow trout lightly breaded and grilled. Served with lemon wedges,

RIBEYE STEAK DINNER
16 oz ribeye steak with bone in. I served this entree medium to well.
Reason: Food safety and this temperature enhances the flavor of the ribeye steak.

LAMB SHANK DINNER
